Frank Gustafson is principle of Sandler Training by Strategic Training Partners, located between Dallas and Fort Worth. He has over 35 years of experience in sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Frank cut his leadership teeth as a non-commissioned officer in the US Marine Corps, where they train leaders to lead leaders. Due to his extensive experience, Frank can see business operations through the eyes of an owner, a sales leader, and a salesperson. He uses this insight to create effective training solutions tailored to each business’s unique needs.
Frank started his Sandler Training journey because he is passionate about helping people take their personal and professional lives to the next level. He is a husband, a father, and a grandfather.
